Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NotePort ("NotePort," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the NotePort service ("Service"). NotePort stores the notes, tasks, and handoffs your AI assistants save, organizes them into projects and chats, and keeps a personal Library of bookmarks, summaries, and imported context. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by NotePort, based in Georgia, United States. For privacy questions, contact us at info@arrc-capital.com.

2. Information We Collect

User content. NotePort is built around content you create. When you use the Service, we collect and store the notes, tasks, handoffs, and summaries you (or an AI assistant acting on your behalf) submit, along with the projects and chats they are organized into. Each entry is stored in your own private area, kept as the exact original.

Library data. The Service stores personal Library items that you, or an application acting on your behalf, submit: bookmarks, saved summaries, and imported context — memories brought over from another AI tool, grouped by section.

Account and identifier information. We collect your email address.

Technical and usage data. We collect basic activity data, including the entries you save and the times you access the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

4. How Information Is Stored and Retained

Your content is hosted on infrastructure provided by Fly.io, Inc. We use this infrastructure and its associated tools to operate, host, and monitor the Service.

Deleting a project or chat moves it to Trash, where it can be restored. Trashed content is retained until it is purged — you can purge a single item or empty the whole Trash from the app. Library items are different: when you delete a bookmark, summary, or imported-context item, it is removed from storage immediately.

Retention period: We retain your content until you delete it. Trashed projects and chats persist until purged; Library items are removed on deletion. After content is removed from the Service, copies may persist for a period within our hosting provider's systems before being fully removed.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. We use Auth0, a service of Okta, Inc., to manage user authentication and login. Your content is encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it.

We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

8. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@arrc-capital.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@arrc-capital.com and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through updates to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
